It often happens, that if we fail to be happy in our own life, we get envious and jealous about the happiness of others.
Envy and jealousy are the wrong path to choose. Happiness must be genuine and honest. It can’t be built on the foundation of negative feelings. Such feelings mean we don’t trust enough in our own life, skills and fate.
The only focus must be our own life. Happiness built on other person’s unhappiness is a complex issue.
Sometimes such unhappiness opens new doors to our real happiness. Sometimes, what we believed to be our happiness, was an illusion and was created for another person.
It is easy to get confused and perplexed. Whatever happens, we must keep going and look for our own happiness in life.
It is very important to remember, that only truly happy people can be glad for your happiness, or the people, who love you unconditionally, like your parents.
Most other people are just human and they feel all emotions – negative and positive. Some people love to see your misery, but hate it if you rise above it.
Remember to keep your happiness for yourself the moment you find it. There is no need to tell everyone neither about your troubles, nor about your happiness.
With age I became a firm believer in low-profile life. Whatever happens in your mind, your heart, your family, you should share with only a few people that you trust. The fewer, the better.
The truth is, that unhappy people can become mean. They will silently enjoy your problems and will fiercely envy your joys and happiness.
There are people, who won’t hesitate to do the impossible, only to destroy your happiness. If only they would apply all this energy into building their own life!
My little advice, gathered through personal life experience, is to keep your most intimate secrets for yourself. To guard your happiness. Don’t demonstrate it too much in front of the wrong eyes.
Be very certain, you can trust a person, before you start giving them pieces of your heart and soul.
Cherish your blessings and live them with those you love. Hide your troubles, because only few will genuinely care.
Make an invisible wall around your personal and most intimate life. Let it be a great challenge and honor to enter behind those walls.
Keep your life low-profile. The less people know about your happiness, the less envy and bitterness, you will attract. The less they know about your problems, the less obstacles there will be during the process of resolving them.
Namaste
